I never knew that writing about yourself would be so difficult, well especially if you are trying to make a vain attempt to make it sound good and so I decided to simply type what comes into my little mind.

I am a lazy, pessimistic, disinterested, more of a thinker than a doer, self-taught and well, a self-proclaimed artist. I believe I use painting as a means to let my frustrations be projected. This is why I guess being self-taught really pays off; I don t know the rules, the guidelines, the disciplines and I am not sure I want to find out.

The urge to paint occurred to me after I saw work by the late F.N Souza and Vincent van Gogh in a book. I decided to paint a little something for my sister and since then I believed that this is something I would love to do more and more.
Started painting pretty late; essentially when I could not look at a book bearing resemblance to anything academic. While struggling through education, I painted whenever I could and tried to experiment with various ways of making my work look interesting to me. I paint more for myself than for anyone else and painting to me can be an aggressive or a soft way to render your thoughts about absolutely anything.

I am currently working in a Visual Effects Studio in India and I usually put down my thoughts and ideas in a little sketchbook whenever I feel like. Hopefully soon there will be more paintings from my ideas and more ideas for my paintings. Until then........
